I am a strong believer in first impressions.  We asked Jackie to meet with us at the Vale Resort for a coffee and I knew Jackie was the person for the job within the first five minutes of speaking to her.  Jackie is always impeccably dressed and well spoken.  She has a keen eye for detail and is extremely efficient.  If we need something done, even if it is quite last minute, I know I do not need to ask her more than once and I am completely confident that the task to hand will be carried out timeously and to a high standard.  Jackie helps us with the general administration for our Zokit Vale Events which includes designing and sending out a Mailchimp email to the Zokit Vale CRM list for our two monthly events, following up with some text messages, listing the Zokit Event and sending out invitations on the Zokit Facebook page, preparing a list of attendees and along with that preparing the name labels for the event.  At the event Jackie will help us welcome everyone and take care of the check in and payment administration.  We have been working with Jackie since the end of May 2015 and look forward to our continued working relationship.
